Annette Munro's Heart Wisdom healing practice offers you complementary health care through holistic counselling, life coaching and/or Reiki healing and training courses.
Attending therapy is a big STEP!! Counselling sessions are strictly confidential where your problems can be resolved without criticism or judgement and allow you to improve your relationships with family and work colleagues. Life Coaching gives you the opportunity to work in partnership with me as you gain clarity and design achievable goals in any area of your life as you re-discover your dreams.
Reiki healing can reduce your stress levels, through balancing your physical, mental and emotional energy fields. It is very gentle and non-invasive - this may be what you consider firstly as you learn to trust another to open up fully, often when you are most vulnerable.
Annette's mission is to teach you to reconnect with your heart essence and authentic Self as you develop new ways of balance, harmony and fulfillment in your life.
