Designed for absolute beginners, this 4 week course explores a wide range of meditation techniques in a supportive environment.
* Learn everything you need to start meditating
* How to handle difficulties and problems with meditation
* Experience deep relaxation
* Integrating meditation into your daily life
* Meditations include mantras, chakras, breath awareness, visualisation, and mindfulness.
When: Tuesday 2nd, 9th, 16th and 23rd March
