Elizabeth practices Medical Herbalism, Clinical Nutrition and Iridology.
In clinical practice for fourteen years, she gained her diplomas at Nature Care College and the Southern Cross Herbal School and on-going practitioner education keeps her up to date with current issues and treatments. Elizabeth is also a Naturopathic Trainer at Blackmores Ltd. with experience lecturing to a wide range of health professionals.
Elizabeth believes strongly in the benefit of helping people to learn how to take control of their own wellbeing. This conviction guides her clinical practice and much of her work centres around providing information to her patients on looking after themselves via their diet and lifestyle, and how to tune into their own bodies’ responses to food and their emotional and physical environment.
