Health care has been my passion since my teens. Trained in ayurved, oriental medicine and having studied preclinical medinine at a regular University, my majors in a BHlthSc, are anatomy and reproductive health.
Now, let's not kid ourselves, there are no easy answers and no miracle cures. I take it you've chosen a naturopath because you want take responsibility for your health. This is what I'm about. I am here to accompany you on your journey and help you make the decisions that are right for you. You can just have a relaxing massage to nurture yourself, a therapeutic massage or a health counselling session, where I give you my opinion based on over 20 years of study and experience. I believe in kitchen pharmacy, exercise, a balanced life-style and that we have been born and we will die: The time in between is ours and it is our responsibility to be as happy and true to ourselves as we possibly can. Once you find out who you are and where you are going, you are free to heal. Reiki, EFT and other modalities support this journey. I'm also a member of VEAT (European Association of Ayurvedic Therapists). |
