Jane has a diverse background bridging both natural therapies and conventional allied health. As a massage therapist, I am able to support practical skills with background knowlege, particularly regarding pain, tinnitus and lymphoedema.
Everyone has different expectations and requirements of remedial massage. Complex lymphatic therapy (CLT) is less well-known. It aims to reduce and control swelling for people with lymphoedema. CLT combines manual lymphatic drainage with compression (garments or bandages).
All my treatments include education and support to help you achieve effective self-management. I am happy to talk to your other therapists, if you wish, to achieve a total treatment plan, rather than bits and pieces.
I do remedial massage at 9 Newcastle STreet, Rose Bay, or, sometimes home visits within the Eastern suburbs of Sydney. I see people at Belmore St Randwick for complex lymphhatic therapy. I can make home visits for people unable to attend the clinic.
