Good health is about education. The body mind and spirit are one and need to be treated as a unit. Whether you need stress management, meditation and relaxation therapy, advice on diet and nutrition, herbal supplements, vitamin therapy, aromatherapy, allergy testing, hypnotherapy, reiki, DNA healing or specialised counselling we can help you heal as a unit. At first you will rely on our expertise but after a while you will develop tools which will last you a lifetime.

BA, Masters in contemporary ways to treat stress in Western society, Certificate in diet and nutrition (naturopathic), registered member of ATMS, ASCH (registered professional member) , ACA (affil), Experience in herbal medicine, vitamin therapy, Reiki Master, Natural and energy healing , Specialised Counselling and Aromatherapy. 15 years experience in courses in lifestyle and development on personal and corporate levels.

I try to bring out the best in you. We will also look at the worst. Both need to be integrated. Our humanity and our spirituality is one. We will look at the physical things necessary to help you heal then the emotional and mental side of it. Together we will build the person you want to be. Then when you are ready you will be able to do it for yourself meaning you will not always need to rely on me. With education and caring the very best in you will come to the front in all areas of your life.
FEES
$80 per hour which includes a free program tailored specifically to your needs and goals which you take home, typewritten on your second visit. Some are rebateable from health funds depending on what you required and there are some tax deductions.

There are a number of health funds which will cover you for the nutritional benefits I also offer and good nutrition will always be a part of your program
