Karen O’Neill has an Advanced Diploma in Classical Herbal Medicine, trained by internationally renowned Herbalist Dorothy Hall. Using iridology as a key diagnostic tool, and in close consultation with her clients, Karen is able to prescribe specific herbal medicines in conjunction with nutritional advice so that you can enjoy individual and specialised treatment. Karen is also an experienced Massage Therapist; including remedial, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, sports, deep tissue, lymphatic drainage, therapeutic and pregnancy massage; she qualified at Nature Care College, where she continues to further her education.
Karen combines her massage with reiki, reflexology, colour and charka therapy, balancing the meridians – the energy channels which, relate directly to the organs of the body, and rejuvenating the life force centres which may help bring resolution to emotional imbalances.
