Being truly healthy can be achieved when all aspects of our lives are in balance. My main priority with all treatments is to guide patients to their optimum health in every sense of the word - physically, mentally, emotionally & spiritually. I aim to show people this natural state as easily & gently as possible, as this then allows them to enjoy & live their lives to their fullest potential.
In treatments I combine a range of modalities to give a complete holistic approach to healthcare. Bringing together the benefits of medically based scientific knowledge, the wisdom and experience of traditional medicine and above all a connection to you. This then integrates and addresses the multi-dimensional nature of the human body.
About Leah
I have qualifications in Naturopathy, Clinical Nutrition, Herbal Medicine and several other modalities. I am also a lecturer at University of Western Sydney, researcher, presenter and industry consultant for various organisations within the natural medicine industry.
I maintain clinical practice in Hornsby, NSW where I specialise in fertility, reproduction and endocrinology as well as mental and emotional health. My greatest clinical passions are helping couples conceive healthy and happy children and then assisting families to lead their best lives possible.
I believe that life is meant to be enjoyed to the fullest and that ill-health is merely a stepping stone to help one reclaim their true state of being. My philosophy is that education is the key to health and that true empowerment is the best gift you can inspire in another.

I thoroughly enjoyed the lunchtime seminar you presented today. I found it extremely informative, some aspects even mind-blowing (especially the artificial sweetener). One hour was just not long enough to cover all the things I'd like to know, but more exactly, to realise all the things that I didn't know that I didn't know!!
