Naturopathic Consultation
A naturopathic consultation deals with internal health problems and imbalances. By using a variety of diagnostic techniques, including iridology, the whole of the patient is assessed. This procedure usually takes at least one hour for a full assessment.
Conditions commonly treated with Naturopathy include allergies, insomnia, anxiety and stress, digestive complaints, female reproductive issues including menopause and PMT, poor energy and fatigue, sluggish metabolism, sinusitis, arthritis aches and pains, headaches and migraines.
Treatment can be given through nutritional advice, dietary and lifestyle improvements, vitamin supplementation, herbal formulas, bush flower remedies, homoeopathy and bodywork.
Naturopathic Consultation 1st Consultation $80
Naturopathic Consultation ongoing $45
Prescribed herbs and vitamins are additional to the consultation fee.

Energetic Healing
Energetic Healing has the ability to have profound results in creating real change...by healing the root cause and not just temporarily alleviating symptoms. It helps you reconnect to the truth of who you are…joy, harmony, stillness and love. People are drawn to getting an energetic healing for many different reasons…work, family or relationship problems, stress, illness or disease, or they just feel that they would like to connect more deeply with their own truth.
To truly heal we must come back to our harmonious and loving centre and take responsibility for all that we have created. This is the miracle of self-empowerment, and self-healing. It is a liberating and wonderful feeling to experience energetic freedom, wholeness, and a divine connection with your inner being.
Energetic Healing sessions can include the use of Crystals, colour and sound therapy, guided visualisation, Reiki, channelled guidance and Soul wisdom.
1st energetic healing session 1 ½ hours $110

Soul Readings
Using intuitive channelled guidance and by tuning into an individual’s Soul, Lisa is able to assist others to gain clarity and information regarding relationships, work, health, karmic patterns and Soul purpose. This is an in depth look from a higher perspective at what opportunities lay ahead and how to move past blockages and obstacles holding you back. The purpose of the Soul Reading is to enable a deeper understanding of yourself and your potential. The reading can help to bring clarity and understanding into your life and assist the reconnection to your soul vibration making it easier to access your life purpose.
This is a Holistic reading which examines all aspects of your existence physical, emotional and spiritual. Spiritual counselling is offered as part of the reading and sometimes specific practices are given to assist the balancing and integration of the higher energy system in to your physical life.
Each reading is unique and individually aimed at your specific needs and vibration at that time in your life. The Soul forces are asked to impart whatever you need to know now for your highest unfoldment. Healing energy is transmitted through the reading.
All readings are recorded and last for approximately 1 hour $80
Workshops
A variety of workshops are run from the Soul Alchemy Centre including:

• Meditation Classes
When there are a minimum number of 6 people interested, the workshop will commence. These are usually run on a Wednesday or Thursday evening 7-9pm or a Saturday class. To register your interest, please state in your email your contact details and which day would be preferable to you.
About Lisa Turnbull
Lisa’s passion for health, healing and transformation began at an early age. By the time she was 22 years of age she had completed her 4 years of study to become a qualified Naturopath and continued to pursue her studies into the metaphysical realm of Energetic Healing. She has previously run a successful practice in Sydney and travelled internationally as a Naturopath, Healer and teacher of metaphysics with a database of clients in Singapore and England. On moving to the Central Coast she made a change in direction and pursued her other passion, business. She spent three years as the Managing Director of a medium sized construction company that she grew to being a multi -million dollar company. In an unexpected change of direction she was guided to return to her work as a Naturopath and Healer and to create a space where she is able to share her knowledge, experience and Soul connection with the community.
