THERAPEUTIC REMEDIAL MASSAGE
Incorperating the benefits of Remedial and Swedish Massage techniques, pain, tightness, postural imbalance and stress are addressed to help one find relief from stressful and debilitating imbalances.
Trigger point therapy, myofascial release, stretching and deep compressions are used to soften the armour that constricts the body, allowing one to surrender to suppleness and enjoy deep relaxation. A range of techniques are used to melt tight muscles, quiet the mind and soothe the nervous system.

This special treatment is the ultimate in pampering and therapeutic massage. It leaves you feeling blissfully nourished, energetically clearer, more balanced, relaxed and reconnected with your true self. It combines the magical essence of nature ~ Warm herbalised Ayurvedic oils and essential oils are selected just for you. Warm and cool granite, basalt and quartz stones are used to melt and smooth the muscles, skin and fascia. Crystals and sound therapy bring the physical and subtle bodies into harmony,encouraging energetic shifts where needed and healing where possible, drawing on the bodies natural ability to heal itself. This unique treatment of rythmic flowing massage combined with focussed muscle tension relief and marma point therapy works beautifully to revitalise the body. It softens and unblocks the muscular and skeletal systems, stimulates the circulation of nourishing vital fluids improving your sense of well being and vitality. There is a sense of nurturing, grounding and reduction of excess Vata, leaving you feeling more calm and content.

Sanctuary is a 2 minute stroll across from Avalons beautiful beach where one can take a leisurely swim in the ocean pool or a stroll down the sands to soak in the fresh sea air and revitalising energy.
Vouvhers for special occasions and random acts of kindness purchased for partners, family and friends for any massage treatment will be tailored specifically to their needs on the day. All vouchers can be upgraded on request at booking time for longer sessions. These vouchers are personalised and sent to you or the recipient at no extra charge. Payment can be made easily with credit cards, or if you wish to collect the voucher and pay in cash an appointment can be made to meet at my treatment room at Sanctuary in Avalon.
