I began a personal journey of Self care in 2004, when I came to a realisation that there was more to life than the 'norm' which I was experiencing. As a wife, mother, grandmother, business partner and volunteer Ambulance Officer, I was busy and yet not fulfilled. In my search to feel more complete, this led to many discoveries of personal growth and self-development practices, and then on to helping others by sharing what I have learnt.
My journey took me to meditation classes, learning massage, Horstmann Technique, vibrational healing techniques and various other complementary healing methods. These are what I am now sharing in my Rainbow Gold Bodywork business.
I offer caring and nurturing treatments to assist you towards your total wellness of body, mind and spirit.
