With my Optimal Wellbeing sessions symptoms of severe fatigue can be eradicated, mental clarity improved, the nervous system calmed, hormonal and digestive issues can be returned to a state of equilibrium, this is to name but a few. Sessions can be very beneficial for children struggling with the stresses of being in a school environment, learning difficulties, self confidence and body image issues and also teenage hormone dramas. Family dynamics can be improved dramatically, particularly if all members of the family work together to make changes.
Do you need surgery? My sessions are fantastic at firstly preparing your body for all kinds of procedures from tooth extraction to organ transplants and to then ensure it repairs itself extremely effectively.
I work intuitively, integrating The BodyTalk System, Reiki, animal energies, harmonics, the consciousness of the body, crystals and many other areas of natural, complimentary medicine that I have experienced along my journey.
I also offer dedicated Crystal Light Healing Sessions and Dr Detox Ionic Foot Baths.
