I work with people using a revolutionary body psychotherapy called Core Energetics. Based on psychology, Core Energetics uses analytic techniques as well as other modalities such as voice dialogue, psychodynamics, family roles and physical movement to shift and change old, recurring patterns that we keep acting out in our everyday lives.
