Wellbeing Naturally is a home based natural therapies clinic specialising in treating stress, emotional blocks and general health and wellbeing.
We have a special interest in Women's Health including preconception, pregnancy and postnatal care.
Kim Mann is the Natural Therapist behind Wellbeing Naturally and she is especially passionate about working with women and their families who have had negative or traumatic birth experiences, or who are in some way unhappy with what transpired before, during, and sometimes after their birth experience.
There is a special focus on treating prenatal mums throughout their pregnancies and on postnatal mums who are trying to cope with sleep deprivation and dealing with all the new or impending pressures of parenthood.
She uses a range of gentle, natural techniques such as Mind/Body Bowen Therapy, Flower Essences, Kinesiology and Baby Massage to nurture new mums and their babies.
Services are claimable on some health funds.
