Live this life the best you can!
Our physical bodies, emotions and state of mind are a manifestation of what we think, what we allow, what we consume and what we endure. This concoction then affects our whole lives, and the lives of those around us.
The process of enabling lasting healing effects usually involves changing the way we respond to stress. I am able to help you untangle unprocessed issues that you may have stored in your physical, mental and emotional body, to give you positive change that lasts.

| About Zoe
Zoe has over 13 years experience in natural therapies, her unique combination of Eastern and Western holistic bodywork and energy healing techniques, sucessfully combines her experience in a broad number of healing modalities including Naturopathy, Nutrition, Acupuncture, Kinesiology and vibrational essences.
Zoe always aims to perform miracles in her work and devotes each and every session to changing peoples lives for the best possible outcome. She is continually astounded by the positive shifts that occur when people can truly let go and surrender to the process of increasing their self awareness and getting back into their body.
Essentially the body is an eco system and needs continual maintenance to achieve balance and optimal well being. Continually intrigued by the body's own healing powers, Zoe tries to encourage this wherever possible. She draws inspiration from Naturopathic and Chinese healing principles including acupressure, balanced nutrition, exercise and practical relaxation techniques.

Kinesiology
What is Kinesiology?
“Kinesiology is a healing system that evaluates and treats an individual’s structural, chemical and mental aspects. It employs muscle testing and other standard methods of diagnosis. Therapeutically it utilizes nutrition, physical manipulation, diet, acupressure, exercise and education to help restore balance and harmony. It is also used to find the appropriate natural medicine such as a homeopathic remedy.” www.connectingwithhealers.com
We are a manifestation of many contributing factors that may have affected us adversely. Kinesiology combines muscle monitoring with the principles of Chinese medicine to assess energy and body function. The process of kinesiology allows you to uncover and confront issues that are negatively affecting you whilst transcending the fear, stress or judgement that may be associated with those issues.
Kinesiology is an excellent tool for clarifying present and past traumatic issues, self-sabbotage, phobias and habits that may continue to block our flow of energy.
Symptoms of blockages could be anything from insomnia, body aches and pains, restricted movement, uncontrollable emotions, and bad habits. Blockages can also present as feeling confused, fera of making decisions, or having unsatisfactory relationships. Kinesiology is also great for thought patterns and behavior that we know to be ridiculous, but we don't know why we keep doing it.
Its effects are best utilised when the patient is willing to confront themselves and take responsibility for the part they play in their own lives. This may sound quite scary for some people, and yes it can be, however the rewards and benefits of change are infinite!
