Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga uses a system of physical Asana (postures), breath exercises, meditation, mantra and relaxation to help expand spiritual awareness. Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan is based on kriyas, or specially formulated sets of exercises. Practising Kundalini Yoga can have an effect of heightened self-awareness and vitality. As with many forms of Yoga Kundalini can help you feel more ‘in control’, with enhanced peace of mind, concentration and self-confidence.
