Lymph nodes are located around the body (neck, groin, armpits etc) and are connected by a series of vessels that transport waste out of the body. Complex lymphatic therapy aims to reduce and control the swelling caused by lymphoedema. It is comprised of manual lymphatic drainage and compression (garments and/or bandages).
