The Lightning Process™ is a 3-day training programme that has been achieving amazing results with previously seen as difficult disorders such as Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME) and Fibromyalgia (FM). The programme teaches, step by step, how to influence key body systems such as the immunological, neurological and musculo-skeletal systems and allows people to break the cycle of ‘crashes’ in these conditions .
Through better understandings of these disorders, combined with new findings on how the body and the mind affect each other and neuroplasticity (the brain’s ability to be retrained to improve dysfunction) thousands of people a year are now returning to full health.
During the Lightning Process™ training, people learn skills to influence their health that then must then be put into practice. Success comes with consistently using the skills in the right way and applying them at the right time. The Lightning Process™ therefore requires an absolute commitment and readiness to do the work.
